Birtcher Anderson & Davis and ABR Capital Partners buy Texas industrial park. A joint venture between Birtcher Anderson & Davis and ABR Capital Partners acquired Airport Circle Business Park, a 50,112-square-foot industrial property in Euless near DFW International Airport. The park includes 14 suites. Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Co. represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

Foxfield acquires 15-acre site for shallow-bay industrial redevelopment. Foxfield acquired 2975 Northwoods Parkway, a 15-acre infill site in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for a Class A+ shallow-bay industrial redevelopment. Jeff Theobald, managing partner at Foxfield, said the site expands the platform into Greater Atlanta and offers the infill location and market fundamentals needed to serve tenant demand in one of the region’s most competitive industrial submarkets.

Shallow Bay Realty Partners sells industrial site for $6.1 million. Shallow Bay Realty Partners sold an 11.99-acre permit-ready industrial site in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, to Greystar for $6.1 million. Arya Ghazizadeh, managing partner at Shallow Bay Realty Partners, said the deal reflects continued demand for Class A shallow-bay industrial product in the Nashville MSA, where flexible multi-tenant buildings remain scarce.

West State Motorsport buys Washington showroom and service facility. West State Motorsport acquired an 11,900-square-foot showroom, office, and service property in Washington at 1743 W Valley Hwy S in Auburn. Kidder Mathews brokers Matt McLennan and Peter Wooding represented the seller and repositioned the asset by targeting users that could make the most of its specialized layout.
