MARKET MOVES
Avison Young negotiates lease for ~88,000SF property. STATS International signed an 88,601-SF industrial lease for the entirety of Building U at 6401 N. Eldridge Parkway in northwest Houston. Avison Young’s Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe represented the tenant in the negotiations. On the landlord side, John Ferruzzo and Jack Ferruzzo of KBC Advisors, together with Ryan Wasaff and Cole Bercher of Welcome Group, represented Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group.
Kidder Matthews brokers sale of California property. A local private investor acquired a 47,056-square-foot industrial property in California at 2231-2249 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank for $14.9 million from a family-owned investment company. Tanel Harunzade and Darrell Levonian of Kidder Mathews represented the seller in the transaction.
BMB Capital adds DFW portfolio. BMB Capital acquired three small-bay industrial buildings totaling 27,175 square feet on 1.32 acres in the Arlington/Pantego submarket of Dallas-Fort Worth. The company said the acquisition expands its presence in a North Texas asset class that continues to benefit from strong demand from local service businesses, contractors, and logistics users, alongside limited new development.
Forza Properties buys California property for $4.21 million. Forza Properties acquired 4044-4046 Wayside Lane in Carmichael, California, a fully leased 25,996-square-foot small-bay industrial property, for $4.21 million. Matt Post, Sammy Cemo, and Anthony DeLorenzo of CBRE’s Private Capital Partners, along with CBRE leasing brokers Matthew Susac, Tyler Howell, Todd Sanfilippo, and Walter Smith represented the seller.
