3C Metal leases Texas industrial space. 3C Metal signed a 21,806-SF industrial lease in northwest Houston. The building features 28-foot clear heights and 4,275 square feet of office space. Chase McAteer of Oxford Partners represented the tenant in the deal, while Barrett Gibson and David McMahon of Colliers represented the landlord, AKD Properties Inc.

Colorado investor buys Denver property for $5.9 million. A Colorado-based 1031 exchange investor acquired a single-tenant property in Denver for $5.9 million. The 16,785-square-foot asset, built in 2021, is occupied on a long-term triple-net lease by Caliber Collision. Zach Wright and Brandon Wright of The Boulder Group represented the buyer in the transaction.

Provident Industrial sells Houston distribution center. Provident Industrial sold Red Bluff Distribution Center, a 162,180-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Houston. Robert McGee, Taylor Schmidt, and Austin Bartula of Colliers Houston led leasing efforts for the project. Burton Construction completed the development, while Christen Vestal, director of Provident Industrial’s Houston office, led the project with support from analyst Zane Warren.

Massachusetts flex property sells for $2.675 million. An investment buyer purchased 108 Milk St., a 19,172-square-foot mixed-use flex building in Westborough, Massachusetts, for $2.675 million. Greater Boston Commercial Properties brokered the sale, with Tyler DeWolfe, Ben Gatti, and Nishan Papazian representing the seller and procuring the buyer.
