Bradford Commercial RE arranges sale of Texas industrial building. Dossun Truck Body Parts acquired a 40,670-square-foot industrial building in Grand Prairie, Texas, in an all-cash transaction. The property, located at 1207 Farmers Road on 3.4 acres, was developed on a speculative basis in 2023 and includes 16 dock doors, 24-foot clear heights, and 100-foot truck courts. Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Hamilton Commercial, in the deal.

Brait Capital buys Wisconsin flex industrial portfolio for $6 million. Brait Capital acquired a five-building flex industrial property in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, totaling 126,335 square feet, for $6 million from Oyster Two Wisconsin Owner. CBRE’s Matson Holbrook, Sean Beuche, and Patrick Gallagher represented the seller in the transaction. The asset was 67% occupied at the time of sale.

55K-SF flex asset in North Carolina. 131 Crosslake Park, a 55,000-square-foot flex property in Mooresville, North Carolina, has closed. Jake Viverette, co-founder and partner at Bryant Capital Advisors, said the asset offered strong in-place cash flow and additional upside in one of the Charlotte MSA’s fastest-growing submarkets. No buyer or seller was disclosed.

Opus breaks ground on Nebraska industrial project. Opus has started construction on Highway 370 Logistics, a 168,486-square-foot Class A speculative industrial development in Papillion, Nebraska, near the intersection of I-80 and Highway 370. The 12-acre site sits next to Amazon’s distribution hub and will include 32-foot clear heights, 10 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 115 vehicle parking spaces, and 31 trailer stalls. Opus is serving as both developer and design-builder on the project. Raker Rhodes Engineering is the structural engineer of record, SVPA Architects is the architect of record, and David Maenner and Sam Andres of CBRE are marketing the development.
