CBRE arranges sale of North Carolina asset. Greylyn Business Park, a small-bay industrial portfolio in Charlotte, North Carolina, was sold by Weston to Equus Capital Partners. CBRE arranged the financing for the deal, with JP Cordeiro, Mike Ryan, Taylor Mathis, and Will Chapman involved on the financing side. Others involved in the transaction included Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Sarah Thompson, Anna Strange, Noah Rutberg, Alek Salfia, Anne Johnson, and Bryan Crutcher.

SVN arranges lease of 4,950-SF industrial space. SVN has arranged the lease of a 4,950-SF industrial space in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features 16-foot clear height, an oversized 14-by-12-foot roll-up door, and a small-bay configuration in the tight North Phoenix submarket with strong freeway access. SVN’s Elijah Stephens was involved in closing the transaction.

Hamilton Realty Finance closes loan for Texas small-bay acquisition. Hamilton Realty Finance closed a bank loan for the acquisition of 814 Union Pacific, a 51,252-SF small-bay industrial warehouse in Laredo, Texas, on behalf of AKRE Partners and Sunwest Real Estate Group. The purchase marks the sponsors’ fourth acquisition in the market and gives them an off-market value-add property within Milo Distribution Center.

Halter Holdings breaks ground on Florida small-bay industrial park. Halter Holdings has broken ground on Phase I of The Hub at Daniels, a 160,920-SF, five-building industrial park in south Fort Myers, Florida. The first phase includes Building 500, a 36,900-square-foot building with 18 small-bay units, along with site infrastructure. Colliers is handling leasing for the project, and Phoenix Associates of Southwest Florida is serving as general contractor.
